Today we will be showing you how to create this scalloped rustic chic cookie.
We love the simplicity of this cookie. The rose pattern ties in nicely with the other cookies in our Rustic Chic Series.
This entire set would be lovely for a ladies luncheon or even for a bridal or baby shower.
Remember you can also add a layer of delicious buttercream between the cookie and the fondant layer to make them even yummier.
When using a buttercream I recommend a Swiss Meringue Buttercream. You will find a video recipe tutorial on it in the "Video Course" section of the site. Once you make this recipe you will never go back to American Buttercream.
