Recipe Ingredients:
1 pound ground sirloin
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup heavy cream
3 eggs
1/4 onion, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
Pepper to taste
Barbecue sauce
Bacon
Recipe Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat eggs and cream together in a medium sized bowl.
Add ground sirloin, minced onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and bread crumbs.
Mix all ingredients together until thoroughly blended.
Place in a lightly greased 5x9 inch loaf pan, OR form into a loaf and place in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Spread barbecue sauce evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
Place bacon strips on top of the sauce.
Bake for 45-60 minutes.
